Building services are central to how a building works. Faircross delivers large-scale MEP packages within construction programmes, with attention to scope, interfaces, sequence and handover.

We coordinate the package with the wider project team so that design, installation, testing and commissioning are planned in step with the construction work around them.
How we deliver MEP packages
Package coordination
We agree package boundaries and responsibilities early, then coordinate the work with the programme, design team and other trades. Clear decisions and progress reporting help identify issues while there is time to resolve them.
Installation through to handover
MEP works need to be tested, commissioned and documented as part of a building that is ready for use. We plan completion and handover requirements alongside the installation, in line with the project specification.
The disciplines, design responsibility and commissioning scope are agreed for each package.
